You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Amazon Associates account to use the Service. By using funn.to, you agree to comply with Amazon's Associates Program Operating Agreement.
funn.to uses a traffic-splitting model. When visitors click through to Amazon from your funnel, your Amazon affiliate tag is used for the majority of clicks. A percentage of clicks use the platform's affiliate tag. The exact split depends on your account configuration. You earn commissions directly from Amazon - funn.to does not handle, process, or withhold any of your Amazon earnings.
Funnels are generated by AI based on publicly available Amazon product data. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with applicable laws and Amazon's policies. funn.to does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
You may not use the Service to: create misleading or deceptive content; violate Amazon's terms of service; engage in spam or automated abuse; scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; or any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for more than 12 months.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, funnel quality, conversion rates, or Amazon commission earnings. AI-generated content may contain errors.
funn.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or commissions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
